About me
My name is Ayesha and for nearly a decade, I've dedicated my life to helping others unlock their true potential. My journey began as an Optometrist, where, despite the financial rewards, I found myself feeling unfulfilled and disconnected. In search of meaning, I entered into a Reiki course as a hobby, which ignited a passion for holistic healing. This led me to explore hypnotherapy and I've never looked back since.
I've since developed a unique approach that seamlessly blends life coaching, hypnotherapy and energy healing, creating profound transformations for my clients. Witnessing their breakthroughs and renewed sense of purpose is the most rewarding experience imaginable.

How does it work?
121 sessions over 24 weeks
2 hour sessions every 2 weeks plus communication in between direct with me.
Training videos and reccommended reading
In between sessions you will be given things to practice to truly master what you've been taught
Case Studies
By the end of the training you will be required to complete 3 case studies to a satisfactory standard in order to receive your diplomas.
On-going support
You will have my full support and guidane for a full year whilst you build your confidence and client base.
The Curriculum
Session 1: The science of hypnotherapy, how it works and how to hypnotise somebody.
Session 2: Thoughts and CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy). How to teach people to re-wire their brains (neuroplasticity) and overcome negative belief patterns.
Session 3: Inner child work: This work needs to be handled very carefully as we help people heal any wounds from their past and essentially teach them how to ‘re-parent’ themselves and give themselves the love and support that wasn’t always given to them when they needed it.
Session 4: Confidence building: Using the power of hypnosis and language to show people how to really step into their power and let their inner light shine through.
Session 5: Meditation: taking the first steps in teaching people how to meditate and the great benefits it can bring. Also learning self-hypnosis and how to enter into the ‘alpha’ state for creativity and flow when working or studying.
Session 6: Alignment: How to be in alignment with all that is, trust and surrender is key.
Session 7: Letter writing exercises: These can be an extremely powerful tool to process feelings and emotions and heal wounds from the past.
Session 8: Energy: What is energy? What does it mean to operate at a certain vibrational frequency? Here we really delve in to the deeper meaning of life and how to really create a life you love.
Session 9: Sphere of Compassion: An extremely powerful energetic tool to transmute lower frequency density into love and light. How to use energy healing as a tool.
Session 10: Phobias
Session 11: Smoking cessation.
Session 12: Tying up loose ends, answering questions and general overview.
